Getting Started

DoveLock is a secure digital vault designed to help you organize, protect, and share your most important information. Store documents, account details, personal wishes, family information, photos, and more in one secure place so the people you trust have clarity when they need it most.
DoveLock is designed specifically for life planning and legacy preparation. Unlike a filing cabinet, your information is protected from physical loss or damage. Unlike general cloud storage, DoveLock helps you organize important information, document your wishes, and securely grant access to trusted individuals when needed. It combines secure storage with planning, organization, and legacy-sharing tools in one place.
Most platforms are designed to store files. DoveLock is designed to preserve both your information and the context behind it.

In addition to documents, DoveLock helps you organize the details that are often scattered across notebooks, email accounts, phones, filing cabinets, and conversations. With DoveLock, you can:

  • Create a comprehensive guide to where important documents, accounts, and assets are located
  • Organize passwords, account access details, and digital assets alongside the documents they relate to
  • Document funeral preferences, personal wishes, and family instructions in a structured way
  • Leave personal letters, voice notes, and legacy messages for loved ones
  • Assign Trusted Keepers and control exactly who can access specific information
  • Keep everything connected in one centralized system instead of across multiple apps, folders, notebooks, and filing cabinets

Many families don’t struggle because documents are missing. They struggle because the details, preferences, and personal wishes were never written down or shared.

DoveLock brings together the practical information your loved ones need and the personal details that help them honor your wishes. It’s designed to preserve not only what you own, but also what matters to you.

Most members can create an account and begin adding information in just a few minutes. You don’t need to have everything organized before you start. Many people begin with a few important documents and build their DoveLock over time.
