DoveLock is a secure digital vault designed to help you organize, protect and share important information. Store documents, account details, personal preferences, family information, photos and more in one secure place, so the information is easier for you and the people you trust to find.

DoveLock is designed to organize more than files. Unlike a filing cabinet, your information is protected from physical loss or damage. Unlike general cloud storage, DoveLock provides dedicated categories for documents, accounts, passwords, personal preferences, photos and other important details. You can add context to the information you store and share selected items with Trusted Keepers through one secure, organized system.

You can use DoveLock to organize:

Most members can create an account and begin adding information in just a few minutes. You don’t need to have everything organized before you start. Many people begin with a few important documents and build their DoveLock over time.

Yes. Your DoveLock is designed to evolve with you. You can add, edit, update, or remove information whenever your circumstances, wishes, or documents change. You can also review and update what each Trusted Keeper can access.

No. You can use DoveLock to organize account details, passwords, insurance information, emergency contacts, personal preferences, photos, messages and other important information, with or without legal documents.

DoveLock provides tools for organizing and storing information. It does not create, review or validate legal documents.

Yes. DoveLock can be used by adults at any stage of life. Organizing important information can make it easier to manage today and easier to share with people you trust.

Once your account is activated, you can immediately begin organizing your information, uploading documents, and inviting Trusted Keepers. You can continue building and updating your DoveLock at your own pace.

A Trusted Keeper helps ensure that the people you trust can find important information, instructions, and wishes when they need them.

You can choose what to share with each person and update their access as your circumstances change.

Choose someone you trust to handle sensitive information responsibly. Consider what information you plan to share and whether that person is the right one to receive it.

You can invite multiple Trusted Keepers and give each person the level of access that makes sense for them.

That depends on the access you give them. Full Access allows a Trusted Keeper to view all information you have made shareable. Custom Access limits their view to the specific items you select. Anything marked Private remains unshared.

Yes. You can update a Trusted Keeper’s permissions or remove their access at any time through your account.

No. Trusted Keepers have view-only access to the information you share with them. They cannot edit or delete information in your vault.

Trusted Keepers receive an email when you first invite them. Their Shared Vault will reflect the information and access you have made available to them.

Yes. You can give a Trusted Keeper Full Access or use Custom Access to select the specific information that person can see.

They can accept the invitation and sign in to their existing DoveLock account to view the information you have shared.

They will not be able to access the information you intended to share. You can choose another Trusted Keeper or invite them again later.

No. The free trial is available for those who want to explore DoveLock before becoming a member, but many people are ready to move forward right away. Whether you start with a trial or a paid membership, you’ll be able to begin organizing, protecting, and sharing your important information from day one.

Your 14-day free trial gives you the opportunity to explore DoveLock, upload information, and experience how the platform works before making a commitment. No information is lost during your trial, so you can begin building your DoveLock right away. Your payment method will be charged when your 14-day free trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Annual storage fees begin according to your membership terms and renewal schedule.

The membership fee provides access to the DoveLock platform and the tools needed to organize, protect, and share your important information. It supports the creation of your secure digital vault and access to DoveLock’s planning features.
